Packages are mailed via USPS & a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided us during checkout.

Lash Dreams is not liable for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer & we are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If you input an incorrect address at checkout and your package has been sent out, you will need to contact USPS to change your address. If your package ends up getting sent back to us, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges i in order for us to resend your package. 

Once orders are shipped and in the possession of the USPS, you will be able to track your package at by using the tracking number issued/emailed to you. If you have questions or concerns about delays in the shipping process, once the item is in the possession of the USPS, please contact USPS and inquire. Once orders are shipped, we have no control over the process and cannot answer questions about delays, returned, lost, or miss sent packages. Tracking updates on the USPS website can take up to 48 hours once shipped.

RECEIVING PARCEL: 3-5 business days (Domestic) 10-21 business days (International)

We cannot guarantee there will be no delays with USPS. If your package is delayed, it is not Lash Dream's responsibility and we appreciate your patience in receiving your package. 

*We cannot guarantee you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international and Canadian Orders.



Due to sanitary reasons, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges.

In the rare and inconvenient occasion of receiving a damaged item, please send us a message/picture of your damaged lash through our contact form on our website or e-mail us at Lashes are considered damaged if you at first receive a faulty pair, not after you have worn or touched them. 



If you are a first time customer, a phone number and e-mail are both required. We will contact you to confirm your order to prevent fraud. 

We will ask that you write a written statement that you purchased these lashes yourself from to ensure there will be no chargebacks.
